This page is intended to provide easy access to specific work examples and deliverables from various user experience research projects I've worked on.
I try to take time to ensure that the reports I create for clients are easy to digest and understand.
Here are two reports from my Zotero user research project - on our findings from conducting a large-sample survey, and from conducting usability testing:

I am a strong believer in creating visually appealing, coherent presentations. You'll rarely find bullet points in my slides!
This is a presentation I designed for my art museum application project. This was a presentation to our class to report on our project progress.
Here's a presentation we gave for our TreasureHunter design project. This was to report on findings from usability testing.
I created several personas for my Zotero user research project, based on interviews I had conducted with users of Zotero.

This is the survey we sent out to consumers during our TreasureHunter project, to learn about their consumption habits regarding buying new vs. buying used goods:
