Course: SI 520: Graphic Design
Objective: Create a self-portrait, using only typographic elements.
Software: Illustrator

Objective: Choose a book whose cover you believe needs redesigning. Then, come up with a new concept and design for the cover that you believe is better at representing the book.
Software: Illustrator and Photoshop

Objective: Create a systematic set of instructional specifications documenting a process or a series of required steps which culminate in achieving a desired outcome. For example, how would you effectively illustrate the required actions needed to make tea? Download music from your laptop to your iPod? Include a complete task flow diagram as part of the design.
Software: Illustator, Photoshop, and Omnigraffle (for the task flow diagram)
